Cancellation Policy

If an agreement is cancelled by the tenant, the landlord may charge the following cancellation fees:

Bij annulering tot de 30e dag (exclusief) voor de dag van verhuur: de aanbetaling met een maximum van 10% van de huursom;
Bij annulering vanaf de 30e dag (inclusief) tot de 7e dag (exclusief) voor de dag van verhuur: 30% van de huursom;
Bij annulering vanaf de 7e dag (inclusief) tot de 3e dag (exclusief) voor de dag van verhuur: 50% van de huursom;
Bij annulering vanaf de 3e dag (inclusief) tot 1 dag (exclusief) voor de dag van verhuur: 90%van de huursom;
Bij annulering vanaf minder dan 1 dag voor de dag van verhuur: de volle huursom
