Cancellation Policy

Our rules according to BOVAG standards apply to the cancellation of bicycles (click here). In concrete terms this means:

• 90%If you cancel up to 30 days (or more) before the start of the first rental day of the reservation you will receive 90% of the paid rental amount back
• 70%If you cancel between 29 and 7 days before the first rental day of the reservation you will receive 70% of the paid rental amount back
• 50%If you cancel between 6 and 4 days before the first rental day of the reservation you will receive 50% of the paid rental amount back
• 10%If you cancel 3 or 2 days before the first day of rental you will receive 10% of the paid rental amount back
• If you cancel one day before the first rental day of the reservation, then unfortunately you will not receive any refund of the paid rental amount
