Cancel

Our rules according to BOVAG standards apply to the cancellation of bicycles (click here). In concrete terms this means:

If you cancel up to 30 days (or more) before the start of the first rental day of the reservation you will receive 90% of the paid rental amount back
If you cancel between 29 and 7 days before the first rental day of the reservation you will receive 70% of the paid rental amount back
If you cancel between 6 and 4 days before the first rental day of the reservation you will receive 50% of the paid rental amount back
If you cancel 3 or 2 days before the first day of rental you will receive 10% of the paid rental amount back
If you cancel one day before the first rental day of the reservation, then unfortunately you will not receive any refund of the paid rental amount
