Report any damage or theft as soon as possible. In case of theft you are obliged to report it to the police.
We will not reimburse any damages in the event of theft if your rental bike was not locked or if you are unable to provide the keys to the rental bike.
The costs for the Bicycle Security Package are but 10%! of the total rental costs. Now that's carefree booking!
You pay the amount in advance in one go. The Bicycle Security Package starts from the moment you rent and runs until the rental contract expires. The contract is automatically terminated after returning the bicycle. Can only be booked online.
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the first rental day. Please note: This applies to cancellations made before the start of the rental period covered by the cancellation insurance.
In case of cancellation, you will receive a full refund of the rental amount, minus the premium for the Bicycle Security Package, if applicable.
There is no deductible applicable in the event of damage and/or theft.
Very simple: go to our online reservation system via the 'reserve' button below and choose the 'bicycle security package' when checking out.
