The costs for this package amount to 10% of the total rental price (excluding any deposit). The conditions of the Security package are as follows:<\/p><p><strong>1. Cancellation costs in the event of death of close relatives<\/strong><\/p><p>No cancellation fee is due in the event of the death of a loved one or of persons for whom the property was rented. This exception applies regardless of<br \/>the time of cancellation, in addition to and in deviation from the cancellation costs scale as included in the BOVAG\/SER rental conditions.<\/p><p><strong>2. Cancellation costs in case of illness<\/strong><\/p><p>No cancellation fee is due if the person for whom the property was rented becomes ill prior to the rental period and is unable to use the property.<br \/>rented object.
